We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens, and hand-poured products can differ in small details.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. The total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and will tell you before proceeding with an affected order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and your order is created. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil it.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their hosted page; we do not store your card details. An order is only marked paid after the payment provider confirms the payment to us.
Stock availability
Availability is shown on the product page and checked again at checkout. If stock changes before you pay, we will tell you.

Burn candles only as directed in any instructions supplied with the product, on a stable heat-resistant surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after that date.
